3. Data may be disclosed to entities assisting MEAN in achieving the specified purposes, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure used by MEAN, as well as entities performing other tasks for MEAN on the principles of outsourcing (including accounting services).
4. Data are stored until objection is raised, and in contractual relationships – for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period resulting from the archiving regulations and the limitation of claims.
5. It is possible to object to the processing of data, as well as to request access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing at any time.
6. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to provide it results in the inability to receive feedback, and in contractual relationships, providing data is a requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
8. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. Therefore, the data subject does not have the right to data portability as referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR.
